Adult Programs

Tea ~ As holistic approach to wellness

Date: Sunday, March 29

Time: 1-4 pm

Instructor: Herbalist Natasha Herr

Location: Propagation Greenhouse

Cost: $30.00

At this Adult Workshop, you’ll explore historical tea traditions and learn how tea has long been used to support wellness and meaningful gatherings. Discover how whole-plant infusions nourish the body, mind, and spirit, and gain a clear understanding of the differences between teas and tinctures. Enjoy a guided tasting experience featuring chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm, tulsi, and nettle. Then, create your own personalized blend by grinding herbs and filling compostable tea bags to take home. You’ll also meet the herbs we’re propagating in the greenhouse and have time to ask questions about cultivation and care.

What to Bring:

  • A special mug
  • A notebook

Come sip, learn, blend, and connect with the wisdom of the Earth — and with each other — one cup of tea at a time.
